Aaron Biddle enters his 10th season with the Wabash Valley baseball program and 3rd as the Head Baseball Coach.
The 2024 season saw the Warriors finish with a 42-22 record en route to their 7th straight GRAC Championship and 8th consecutive Region 24 Tournament Championship. The Warriors finished one win shy of a return trip to the JUCO World Series finishing as the Runner-up in the Midwest District Tournament. The Warriors had 4 players named NJCAA All-Americans, an NJCAA Gold Glove recipient and 6 players named to the Region 24 All-Region Team with Biddle earning GRAC and Region 24 Coach of the Year honors. The Warriors also moved 13 players onto four year schools, with 11 of those being Division I Schools. The Warriors also saw LHP Aidan Deakins be selected in the 13th round of the MLB Draft by the Texas Rangers.
In Biddle's first season leading the Warriors they produced the best finish in program histroy, with a 2nd place finish at the NJCAA JUCO World Series. The Warriors finished the season with a 57-13 record, leading the country in Wins in route to GRAC, Region 24 and Midwest District Championships. The Warriors had two players named as NJCAA All-Americans and 5 players named to the Region 24 All-Region Team with Biddle earning GRAC, Region 24 and Midwest District Coach of the Year honors. The Warriors saw 19 players move on to four year schools, with fourteen of those being to Division I schools.
In Biddle's seven seasons as an assistant, he spent time as both the Pitching Coach and Hitting Coach. In 2019, Biddle's pitching staff led the country in ERA, while the Biddle led offense led the country in batting average in 2021 and 2022, en route to winning 326 games, five regular season GRAC titles, two Sectional titles, six Region titles, two District titles, a 3rd place finish at the JUCO World Series in 2017, and a 4th place finish at the JUCO World Series in 2022. Also, the 2019 team won 49 consecutive games and spent eight weeks ranked #1. The 2020 team also spent three weeks ranked #1 before the season was cancelled. In that time, the Warriors have seen eight players drafted and 124 players move onto four year schools, including 100 to Division I schools.
Biddle came to Wabash Valley after spending the previous eight seasons at Brescia University including the last five seasons as the program's Head Baseball Coach. While at Brescia, Biddle recorded the second most wins in school history by a Head Coach, while leading his club to a school record 35 wins in 2014 and earning KIAC Coach of the Year. Biddle's teams saw 14 players named 1st Team All-Conference, 15 players named 2nd Team All-Conference, six Conference Gold Glovers, Two Conference Freshman of the Year, One Conference Player of the Year, One Conference Pitcher of the Year, One Male Athlete of the Year and One Second Team NAIA All-American.
Biddle has also spent two years as an Assistant Coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College and three years at The University of Texas-Brownsville.
In Biddle's 21 seasons coaching collegiate baseball, he has coached 59 players who have gone on to sign professional contracts, including two players who have reached the Major Leagues.
As a student-athlete, Coach Biddle played two seasons for Kentucky Wesleyan College and earned a B.A. in Sports and Fitness Management. He spent the first two seasons of his collegiate career at St. Catharine College (NJCAA-II), where he was an integral member of the Patriots 2000 squad that finished the season ranked 6th in the nation.
Biddle is currently an associate scout for the Cleveland Guardians organization.
Biddle is a native of Burlington, KY and currently resides in Mt. Carmel with his wife Brittany and their two dogs, a miniature dachshund named Mixie Joe and a bluetick hound named Skittles.
Jarrod Proctor enters his fifth season on the coaching staff at Wabash Valley College. Proctor serves as the Pitching Coach and also assists with recruiting, fundraising, strength and conditioning and field maintenance.
In Proctor's first four years at The Bash, the Warriors have won four GRAC Championships, four Region 24 Championships and two District Championships, finishing 4th at the 2022 JUCO World Series and finishing 2nd at the 2023 JUCO World Series. Coach Proc has had 37 pitchers move on to four year schools, with 30 of them going to Division 1 schools. Proctor has also seen, six of his former pitchers sign professional contracts.
As a player, Proctor began his college career at the University of Kentucky before transferring to WVC, where he was a member of the 2017 NJCAA World Series team. After WVC, Proctor spent the next two seasons at the University of South Alabama, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
In Coach Proc's time at The Bash, as both a player and a coach, the Warriors have posted four 50 win seasons and three NJCAA JUCO World Series appearances.
Proctor is a native of Bardstown, KY and currently resides in Mt. Carmel.
Coach Strack will be entering his first season as an Assistant Coach at Wabash Valley. He will serve as the Infield Coach, while also assisting with Hitters.
Prior to Wabash Valley, Coach Strack spent two season coaching in the Arkansas Havoc Travel Softball Organization. In his two years with the organization, 85% of the players received scholarship offers to play at the collegiate level.
As a player, Strack spent one season at North Lake Community College in Dallas before transferring to Lyon College in Arkansas, where he was teammates with current WVC Hitting Coach Evan Hylek. While at Lyon, Strack earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors as a Sophomore and 1st Team All-Conference honors as a Junior and Senior at SS. Strack's teams at Lyon also qualified for two National Tournament appearances in 2019 and 2022,.
Strack is a native of Fort Worth, TX and currently resides in Mt Carmel.
